Avanguard production company was established in 1988, and its legal form was changed into the limited liability company in 1991. During this period of time the company was bestowed with the title of a Prime Quality Supplier of JSC AvtoVAZ and JSC VAZInterService, by numerical scoring system approved at these companies (please refer to Our Customers section for a complete list of our customers). Avanguard LLC was awarded the diploma of the Main All-Russian Award “Russian National Olympus”, nominated as a Prominent Small-to-medium-sized Business of the Year.

ur company produces a wide range of components for the front vehicle suspension, steering mechanism, clutch disc, and other assemblies for VAZ vehicle family, made of thermoplastic polymers, including the patented anti-friction materials. Moreover, we produce a wide variety of sizes of polyethylene film for various industrial and household applications, utilized for manufacturing of packing bags; we also produce a unique anti-corrosion film for protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The machine tool populations is being continuously upgraded and modernized. In 2004, the plan was approved, according to which all the Russian –made equipment stock of the company will be replaced with Korean (LG) machines on a stage-by-stage basis.
Starting from 2001, PF Avanguard LLC launched, and since then maintained, the Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS was certified by TUV CERT TUV Thuringen e.V. as per the following international standards:
- ISO 9002:1994 in 2001
- ISO 9001:2000 in February 2005
Preparations are carried out at the company for upcoming certification to comply with ISO/TS 16949:2002 international standard.
Efficient QMS enables meeting the requirements of today’s customers, promptly detecting the faults at all stages of the products’ service cycle.
